Not everyone is a candidate to receive permanent brow services. There are some contradictions that may impact your ability to receive these services. These services are not recommended for clients who:

• Are Pregnant or Nursing

• Are on Blood Thinners

• Sick with any viral infection

• Are on Accutane in the past year

• Autoimmune Disease or Skin Condition (ex. Face Eczema, Psoriasis, Lupus, etc…)

• Have pimples or any type of lesions in brow area, or have acne prone skin in the brow/forehead area

• If you use or have used any skin bleaching products

• Currently are being treated for Cancer.

We can not perform any cosmetic tattoo services on anyone under the age of 18.

• All clients MUST provide a valid form of ID:
  a. driver's license OR
  b. passport

A $50 dollar booking fee is due upon booking. This fee is credited towards your service.

• If you CANCEL, RESCHEDULE or FAIL TO SHOW UP for any of your scheduled Date of Appointments before your service is complete, then you will FORFEIT your Booking Fee Amount.

• If you no call/no show you will not be allowed to rebook your appointment.

• Permanent eyebrow services are a two step process. You have a first session and a second session. Second sessions are scheduled anywhere from 6 weeks- 12 weeks after your first session. second sessions are $150. All prices listed that refer to “first session” do not include second sessions.

• Second sessions are only available within the 6 month mark of your appointment. We schedule your second session at the time of your first session to ensure you are within that timeframe. If you fail to show up to your second session, or reschedule outside of the 6 month timeframe, you will move to a perfecting session.

• If you need to reschedule your second session, a $50 deposit will be due upon reschedule that is credited to your service. If you reschedule within 72 hours, you will have to pay a $50 reschedule fee that is not credited.

Some clients don’t need these services. These services are for clients who want to maintain that “freshly done” look to their brows.

• Between 6 months - 12 months after your first session, you can receive a perfecting session ($250).

• You can come back every year for a color boost ($350).

• Please note: these prices are subject to change.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled. If you’d like to reschedule, you’d have to leave another deposit.

• Results will vary from person to person, aftercare and skin type can affect the results. More than 2 sessions within 6 months could be possible to achieve desired results.

• There are no refunds for any service provided.

• If you have prior work by a different artist, no matter how light or faded, you will need to get booking approval. You may submit a request to jackspellcraft@gmail.com with upclose photos of your brows in good lighting and with no makeup in them.

• If you need a brow correction, the pricing is $600 first session, $200 second session. This can be determined during your email consultation.

• I will pre-numb you for 10-15 minutes with a topical numbing cream before we start. If you would like to apply numbing before you arrival to numb longer, I recommend Zensa numbing cream.

• I use a secondary numbing gel/liquid throughout your appointment to keep you numb!

• If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will not get prenumbed.

• Please visit our preparation page to know how to prepare for your appointment. Pre-care is just as important than aftercare.
